Jason Ford   Baseball Class of 1992

Jason Ford lettered three years for the Falcon baseball team as a pitcher and first baseman. In the 1991 State Championship game, Jason pitched a brilliant game in a losing battle, allowing only two hits and striking out five. In 1992, Jason's senior season, he hit .390, had 19 RBIs, and won eight games as a pitcher. Jason was selected as the Mid-Valley League's Most Valuable Player (MVP). He played in the All-State game as a pitcher.

After graduating from Hanford High School, Jason played two years at North Idaho Community College and was drafted by the Minnesota Twins. Instead of playing professional baseball at that time, Jason elected to play two more seasons at the University of Arizona. After playing at Arizona, Jason was drafted by the Colorado Rockies. He played one season of Professional baseball, before continuing with his education.
