Steve Shupe   Golf Class of 1994

Steve Shupe graduated in 1994, after an amazing high school golf career. Steve was match medalist for every regular season match for three years (e.g. the lowest score of the match). He was medalist at the District tournament twice and finished fifth (1993) and third (1994) at the State golf tournament. His low round at the old Sham-Na-Pum course in Richland was 63 and his average score through high school was a 73. Steve continued his career at Columbia Basin College, University of Washington, and finished his collegiate career with two outstanding years at the University of Idaho. It would be fair to say that Steve dominated the golf competition in the Mid-Valley League for three years. Steve is another fine example of a Falcon student-athlete.
